WALL, NJ and Sydney, Australia — Global telehealth innovator Caregility has announced a strategic partnership with MOD3RN Care, an Australian health-tech company based in Barangaroo, Sydney, to accelerate the adoption of virtual care and AI-enabled nursing models across Australia’s hospitals, aged-care providers, and community health systems.

The partnership combines Caregility’s proven Connected Care™ Platform—deployed in more than 1,100 hospitals globally—with MOD3RN Care’s on-shore expertise in secure cloud infrastructure, healthcare integration, and local clinical workflow design. Together, the organisations aim to strengthen workforce capacity, improve patient safety, and reduce clinician burnout by embedding virtual nursing and hybrid-care technology within existing models of care.
